Our streamlined process makes creating your custom candle line effortless. From initial concept to product delivery, we handle the legwork so you can focus on your brand.

Getting Started

We’ll begin with a conversation to understand your vision and choose jar styles that fit your brand. After our chat, we’ll curate a selection of 4-6 vessel options for you to review. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required before we begin, and it will be credited toward your total order.

Within 3 business days, you’ll receive a complete product line sheet detailing materials and pricing to produce your custom candles.

What You Should Know

• Batch Sizes: Orders are made in batches of 6 to ensure consistency. Additional units can be ordered in multiples of 6, with a 10% discount for quantities above 6.

• Labeling Options: Choose between “With Label” (we create and apply your label) or “No Label” (you provide your own label). We provide all required label guidelines to meet industry standards.

Next Steps

After finalizing your choices, let us know, and we’ll provide additional information on next steps! Your final invoice should be paid within 2 weeks, and you can expect to receive your final product within 3-4 after selecting your materials.
