    How ordering works:
    Each quantity is one 12-candle batch in a single fragrance.

    Minimum order: 2 batches / 24 candles total
    Minimum per fragrance: 1 batch / 12 candles

    Example: Want 12 Fresh Linen + 12 Plum Cashmere? Add one batch of each fragrance to your cart.

    Starting price: $144 per 12-candle batch ($12 per candle).

    Standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks after payment and final artwork approval.

    Have print-ready artwork?

    Choose “I Have Print-Ready Artwork” and we’ll use the label file you provide. Print-ready artwork is included with your candle order.

    Need help creating your label?

    Purchase Moodlight Label Setup for $40     before placing your candle order. Choose from our preset label layouts and provide your logo, business name, and label information. Setup includes one initial proof and one round of minor revisions.

    Additional revision rounds are $15 each.

    Private Label Shipping

    Private Label orders are made to order and typically ship within 3–4 weeks after payment and final artwork approval.

    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Private Label orders are not eligible for Moodlight’s standard retail flat-rate or free-shipping offers.
